- Children 10 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, age 14 or older.
- Patrons must shower, using hot water and soap, before entering the pool water. Lotions, oil and similar products must be removed prior to entering the water. However, sunscreen is acceptable and is suggested.
- ABSOLUTELY NO smoking, NO alcohol, NO drugs, No glass containers, and NO weapons.
- Patrons with open wounds, bandages, or any symptoms of any communicable disease, diarrhea, respiratory infections, or head lice are NOT allowed in the water.
- Patrons with medical conditions need to register at the front desk, so we may better assist you.
- Children of diaper age are prohibited from entering the pool without “waterproof swim diapers”.
- Adults are required to change diapers in special areas provided in the bathhouse. Please do NOT change diapers on the aquatic center deck or concession area.
- Swimmer must wear clean swimming attire. NO cutoffs, street clothes or shoes allowed.
- Flotation devices or recreational rafts are not allowed.
- ABSOLUTELY NO pushing, fighting, shoving, running, horseplay, or abusive language.
- WALK—NO RUNNING!
- Diving is allowed only in specified area.
- NO playing on handrails, ladders or on stairs.
- CAUTION, slide drops into 5 feet of water.
- Waterslide riders must be at least 42” tall.
- All food and drinks are restricted to the concession area.
- NO coolers or ice chests are allowed.
- Please report all accidents, safety concerns, bathhouse needs and any other concerns to the Aquatic Center Management or staff.
- No lifeguard is on duty during lap swim from 8:00—10:00 A.M.
Our Lifeguards are trained to prevent accidents and perform first responder care. Direct and constant supervision of children is the responsibility of parents and adult guardians. Staff is instructed NOT to act as personal babysitters. Marshall Aquatic Center will enforce these rules and remove unruly patrons.
